Opened it's doors in March 2019, Hibachi Honolulu Market was created as a one stop shop for Poke, marinated meats, wine, beer, sake, etc.. for anyone going to a "Hibachi" with friends. Hibachi Honolulu Market, located in Kakaako's Keauhou Lane expanded it's kitchen from it's sister store, the Hibachi in Kailua, to offer a bigger selection of plate lunches and grilled items. We also offer a larger catering menu.

Local
We always strive for the the best customer service and
products. We use fresh local fish (not the frozen stuff) for our Poke
which doesn't always necessarily have to be Ahi.
Known for
The Hibachi has built a reputation for fresh local fish for
Poke. Customers still come to us for our BBQ Chicken and
Boneless Kalbi but Poke has been our go to item.
