MEAL PORTIONING

All meals weighed raw will be 12oz.  5oz of the meal will be allocated to the main protein.  Weigh-in is done before cooking.

 

MEAL ORDERING

Order by Wednesday for pick-up on Sunday.  Order by Sunday for pick-up on Wednesday. Please include your name, contact information, name of meals requested and amounts and sizes.

 

MEAL PRICING

We are offering a 4 tier pricing:  1, 3, 5, 10

 

Tier 1:  One meal                                                            $15.95 per meal

Tier 3:  Three or four meals                                              $14.95 per meal

Tier 5:  Five to nine meals                                                $12.95 per meal

Tier 10: Ten or more meals                                               $10.95 per meal

MEAL SUBSCRIPTION

We are offering 3 subscription options:  A, B, C

Option A:                 2 months,   30 meals x $10.50 for $315.00

Option B:                 3 months, 40 meals x $10.00 for $400.00

Option C:                 4 months,   50 meals x $9.50 for $475.00
